Maintenance Worker (Mechanic)
    Central Columbia is seeking a general maintenance worker (Mechanic).  This permanent support staff position will begin upon board approval.  This position is for 52 wks/yr, 8 hrs/day.  Starting salary is based on the current CBA with full benefits.  Qualifications and duties include but are not limited to: general mechanic (2 years experience); small engine repair; welding; blade sharpening; machine operator (tractor, skid loader, mowers, & salt & cinder spreader); preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment; snow removal and maintaining all plow wear edges; and assisting with HVAC filter changes and troubleshooting.  Additional duties include building maintenance, mowing, snow removal, sport field prep, and other duties assigned by supervisor.  Application deadline is Wednesday, July 12, 2023.

1st Shift Elementary Custodian

    This full-time position is for 8 hours/day, 52 weeks/year, full benefits.  In addition to the usual qualifications for custodial work, addition qualifications for this position include: a) a proven ability to work in a positive manner with staff (including teachers, support personnel, and administration), b) an ability to work around students, c) a proven ability to be flexible and work successfully and complete tasks in a changing environment.  Salary is based upon the current Support Staff Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Application deadline is Thursday, May 25, 2023.
