Mrs. Fish is a graduate of Bloomsburg University. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Special Education in 1992 and a Master's Degree in Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in 1993. In 1999 she was awarded a Certificate of Special Education Supervision from Bloomsburg University. In May of 2016 she was awarded Superintendent's Letter from Marywood. She is currently enrolled in the Doctoral program for Educational Leadership through Delaware Valley University.

Mrs. Fish worked for the CSIU for 17 years; 6 years as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, 1 year as an Educational Consultant in Behavior and Curriculum & Instruction, and 10 years as a Special Education Supervisor. During her tenure she also served as an Adjunct Professor for Bloomsburg University and Marywood University teaching Special Education Law. Mrs. Fish also taught Introduction to Psychology at McCann School of Business and Technology for two years. Mrs. Fish joined Central Columbia in 2010 as Dir. of Special Education. In addition to those responsibilities Mrs. Fish is the Title IX Officer, Office of Civil Rights Officer, the Homeless Liaison, the Foster Care Liaison. She also serves on the district's Act 48 Committee and the Safety Committee.
