BID NOTICE
INVITATION TO BID
Central Columbia School District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Sanitary Sewer Repairs
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the District Administration Offices located at 4777 Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, PA 17815, until July 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No late bids will be accepted. The outside envelope must be clearly marked “Sanitary Sewer Repairs”.
The Project includes the following Work:
Excavation and removal of existing sanitary sewer mains, installation of 580’ of new 8” SDR-35 and construction of one new manhole.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: CCSD Sanitary Sewer Repair Project
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of September 1, 2023.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained by emailing the issuing office (engineer) below.
Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the issuing office as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the engineer. The issuing office’s bid document link will be updated periodically with addenda, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be sent via email to the registered bidders. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the issuing office.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am-3:30pm. Bidding Documents will not be issued or provided in paper format.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference will not be necessary for this project.
